Throughout my career, I’ve worn many different hats – software development, marketing, logistics, accounting, process improvement, customer service. I’ve worked for Fortune 500 companies, small local organizations, and startups. I’m currently a Software Engineer for M&T Bank, supporting the Wilmington Trust structured finance businesses.
At the start of my career I was chasing new challenges and experiences at CIGNA, trying to discover what kind of work I was most passionate about.
I learned that I loved being on the front line of innovation and growth.
After getting an MBA I worked for a number of small organizations, established and startup – doing whatever it takes to grow and shape their future.
These experiences shaped my professional values – what I expect of myself and those around me.
So in 2018 when I was ready for a change, I looked back at I’ve enjoyed doing through out my career. I liked building things. Liked technology. I attended Zip Code Wilmington‘s software development boot camp in the spring of 2019 and began my career as a Software Engineer at M&T Bank in May 2019.
