What I expect of myself and those around me.

Experiment.
Look for ways to make incremental improvements. Don’t get bogged down in getting everything perfect the first time. Do a trial run, see how it goes. If it doesn’t work, cast it away. Keep it and tweak if it is promising.

Serve others.
All work, whether it is for-profit, non-profit, or volunteer, is about solving someone’s problems. Focus on making others lives better.

Take ownership.
Words can lie, but actions can’t. It’s how you treat others. What you accomplish. How you accomplish it.

Be respectful.
Be honest, play fair. Manipulating, lying, scheming…that’s for reality TV. It has no place in real life.

Have fun.
Enjoy what you do. Enjoy who you do it with.
